Our Introduction to Boxing class is designed to provide beginners with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of boxing. This session will cover basic techniques, footwork, and punching combinations, while also focusing on improving cardiovascular health and overall fitness.

What to Expect:
Warm-Up: Engage in dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare your body for the workout.
Fundamentals: Learn the essential boxing stances, footwork, and basic punches.
Technique Drills: Practice combinations and defensive movements with guidance from our experienced instructors.
Conditioning: Participate in high-intensity interval training to build strength and endurance.
Cool-Down: Conclude with stretching exercises to enhance flexibility and aid muscle recovery.

This advanced class focuses on refining techniques, increasing physical conditioning, and preparing participants for live sparring. With a structured curriculum that builds upon each session, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of boxing strategies and improve your performance in the ring.

What to Expect:
