Our Introduction to Boxing class is designed to provide beginners with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of boxing. This session will cover basic techniques, footwork, and punching combinations, while also focusing on improving cardiovascular health and overall fitness.

What to Expect:
Warm-Up: Engage in dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare your body for the workout.
Fundamentals: Learn the essential boxing stances, footwork, and basic punches.
Technique Drills: Practice combinations and defensive movements with guidance from our experienced instructors.
Conditioning: Participate in high-intensity interval training to build strength and endurance.
Cool-Down: Conclude with stretching exercises to enhance flexibility and aid muscle recovery.

Our Progressive Boxing Course is designed for those looking to take their boxing skills to the next level. This advanced class focuses on refining techniques, increasing physical conditioning, and preparing participants for live sparring. With a structured curriculum that builds upon each session, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of boxing strategies and improve your performance in the ring.

What to Expect:
Intensive Warm-Up: Begin with advanced dynamic stretches and high-intensity cardio to prime your body for the session.
Technical Drills: Hone your punching combinations, defensive maneuvers, and footwork through focused, high-repetition drills.
Advanced Combinations: Learn and practice complex combinations and counters to enhance your offensive and defensive skills.

Our Saturday class is where everything from the week comes together. This is a higher-intensity workout class with a strong focus on conditioning, partner mitt-work and live sparring.

What to Expect:

  • Fast-paced warm-up and conditioning.
  • Review and integration of techniques learned during the week.
  • Professional boxers sparring during and after class — students are expected to watch and learn.
  • Student sparring following pro rounds in a controlled, coach-led environment.
